About Sre Anjaneyaa Trust

Sre Anjaneyaa Trust (SAT) is a dedicated voluntary organization based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. Founded by Mr. Sridharan and Mrs. Padmaja Murugaiyan, our mission is to uplift underprivileged communities, with a special focus on protecting street and road orphans, improving their health and well-being, and empowering marginalized women, especially elderly women. SAT was born out of a deep commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of those facing adversity. We believe in the power of knowledge to bring about awareness, self-development, empowerment, and meaningful action.

We work collaboratively with dedicated teams and have forged enduring partnerships with government bodies, non-governmental organizations, corporate entities, and the communities we serve. Our key areas of focus include child rights, education, health, sustainable livelihoods, and women’s empowerment.

Our Story

Founded by Mr. Sridharan and Mrs. Padmaja Murugaiyan, Sre Anjaneyaa Trust’s inception was rooted in their personal experiences and a profound sense of empathy for the underprivileged. Hailing from a rural background, our founders intimately understood the hardships faced by marginalized communities. Overcoming their own economic and social challenges, they were inspired to use their blessings and resources to uplift others.
